If you’re ready to step into your seat with power, start here.” - Daumonique Lenhardt, Founder
Restoring identity. Strengthening women. Building communities where truth can breathe.
Leaders Who Change Environments
Maverick Women Network Inc. is a national organization committed to ensuring that masculine presenting women and women at large are fully recognized, respected, and valued. We cultivate environments where women lead with confidence, where identity is understood in its full complexity, and where community is strengthened through honest conversation and sustained care.
Maverick Women Network Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are building a legacy of inclusive wellness, rigorous formation, and leadership that transforms institutions and communities.
Our purpose
Maverick exists to correct persistent exclusions in women centered spaces and in health systems. We bring the voice of masculine presenting women into conversations that shape policy, care, and community. We support women at large so that every woman can access wellness, theological formation, and leadership development without erasure or compromise.
What We Do
We provide identity‑safe formation, practical tools, and community accountability through programs designed specifically for women whose identities are often overlooked in traditional leadership, clinical, and faith‑based spaces.
Our work includes:
-
Bold Truths & Sacred Spaces
-
PREP Sexual Health Education
-
Leadership and identity formation
-
Community accountability spaces
-
Resource guides and micro‑sessions
-
Members‑only programming and support
Why It Matters
Masculine presenting women and women at large deserve spaces that see them, understand them, and hold them with dignity. Maverick provides culturally resonant care, practical guidance, and community support that strengthens identity, leadership, and personal clarity.
Core commitments
Recognition
We ensure that every woman is seen and named as a woman regardless of presentation.
Wellness
We redesign the wellness experience so that reproductive care, HIV prevention, and sexual health are accessible and identity safe.
Formation
We provide theological, emotional, and mental formation that equips women to lead and to hold space for others.
Community
We build durable networks that bridge faith communities, clinical partners, and civic institutions.
Programs at a glance
Whole Person Wellness
A comprehensive program that centers reproductive care, HIV testing and prevention, PrEP education, STI testing, emotional wellness, and identity safe navigation of healthcare systems.
Soft Life Initiative
A community subset for feminine presenting lesbian women to build belonging, emotional safety, and leadership grounded in softness.
Bold Truths and Sacred Spaces
A formation program where preachers, clinicians, and professionals guide women through theological, emotional, and mental development.

Founder statement
Maverick was created because too many women, especially masculine presenting women, were forced to choose between identity and belonging. This organization exists so that women can be fully themselves and still be recognized as whole.
