Maverick centers the full humanity of women. We were founded to address the persistent exclusion of masculine presenting women from women centered spaces and to create inclusive structures that serve all women. Our work combines wellness redesign, theological formation, leadership development, and community building.

Founder statement
Daumonique Lenhardt founded Maverick after witnessing repeated patterns of exclusion and misrecognition. Her work is grounded in ministry, scholarship, and lived experience. Maverick is intended to be a durable institution that advances recognition, care, and leadership for generations.
